The house is in a quiet location backing onto Eltham College grounds and within easy walking distance of Mottingham railway station and local shops, including Lidl.

We also have off street parking available.

You will be sharing with friendly, easy going couple and a small pet dog. Our son is at University and will be at home for occasional visits and the University holiday periods.
