Hi! I'm a friendly professional looking for a clean, easy-going person to sub-let my large 3rd-floor attic conversion.

This is a spacious, light-filled room with a proper lounge feel. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, two electric reclining 2-seater sofas, a good-sized desk & Chair & plenty of storage and air conditioning. Ready to move into straight away.

The room is on its own floor with a lockable door and stairs, giving you excellent privacy.

In the house you’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, living room and garden. There are two bathrooms (one with bath on the 1st floor, one with shower on the ground floor).

A bit about us:
I recently separated and am renting this large property for a short period. My 12-year-old son stays with me 50% of the time. We live on the 1st floor, so the top floor feels nicely separate.

I’m hoping to find a sociable, clean and pleasant professional (or couple). I’ll happily consider couples, though the rent will be slightly higher.

This probably won’t suit strict vegans or vegetarians, unless you genuinely don’t mind the smell of bacon in the mornings or BBQs in the summer. 😄).

This is ideal for someone needing short-to-medium term accommodation.
