Hi! I'm a friendly ex-photographer looking for a clean, easy-going person to sub-let a large 2nd floor room/lounge.

This is a spacious, light-filled room. Fully furnished (can be unfurnished) if preferred, with a comfortable double bed and electric reclining 2-seater sofas, desk & Chair, plenty of storage and cool-air conditioning.

The room is the entire 2nd floor entered by a door at the bottom of the entrance stairs, offering excellent privacy.

You will share a fully equipped kitchen, living room and garden. There are two bathrooms (one with bath on the 1st floor, one with shower on the ground floor).

A bit about me:
I am renting this property for a medium period of time. I am unsure how long I will be here hence the short to medium term letting period.
I work a mixture of away and at home. I’m socialble and enjoy many activities. I love to watch films, read, BBQs in the summer and cooked breakfasts, so probably would suit someone that doesn't mind the smell of bacon in the morning. 😄

My 12-year-old son stays here with me some of the time. He has his own room on the 1st floor.

I’m hoping to find a clean professional or student or couple (Although the rent will be slightly higher) looking to rent short to medium term accommodation with links to london.

References and proof of income are preferred.

15 minutes’ walk to Eltham High Street or Chistlehurst

All bills + £200 ontop of the rent (Starlink WiFi, electricity, water, council tax, etc.).
