This is a spacious, light-filled room with a proper lounge feel. Fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and electric reclining 2-seater sofas, desk & Chair, plenty of storage and air conditioning.

Ready to move into straight away.

The room the entire top floor with a lockable door and stairs, giving you excellent privacy.

In the house you’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, living room and garden. There are two bathrooms (one with bath on the 1st floor, one with shower on the ground floor).

A bit about me:
I am renting this large property for a short to medium period. It is mostly just me and my 12-year-old son is here with me some of the time. Our rooms are on the 2nd floor.

I’m hoping to find a sociable, clean and pleasant professional (or couple). I’ll happily consider couples, though the rent will be slightly higher.

Probably won’t suit strict vegans or vegetarians, unless you genuinely don’t mind the smell of bacon in the mornings or BBQs in the summer. 😄).

This is ideal for someone needing short-to-medium term accommodation.
