Beautiful Double Room in Muswell Hill

Sadly we are losing 1 of our lovely housemates (cry) and so now looking for someone to join our 4-bedroom flat available from March 1st (rent due on Feb 28th).
We are in the centre of Muswell Hill, a gorgeous part of North London next to Alexandra Palace and Highgate. There are easy bus links right outside the flat that go to the Northern Line (Highgate) and the Piccadilly & Victoria Line (Finsbury Park). The flat is just off of the high street, where there are lots of grocery stores, an Everyman Cinema, and loads of great independent cafes and shops!

The Room - £720 pcm
It comes furnished with a double bed, mirror and matching set of a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.
The Bills - approx £100 pcm
It varies between £80 - £110 between summer and winter. The price also includes sky tv/broadband and council tax.
We each manage a utility bill and use the Splitwise app to keep track.

The Flat
We have a lovely large open plan kitchen/living area that gets lots of sunshine! There is 1 good size bathroom. The flat is on the second floor of a beautiful converted mansion house. There is also permit street parking along Queens Ave if needed.
The landlord is super helpful, responsive, and friendly too.
We’re three good friends, all in our late 20s, who’ve been living in this flat for a long time. We love our little home and share it with our collective son, Archie the cat (who is the bestest boy in the whole world). Ideally we’re looking for someone who wants a long-term home and enjoys a balance of socialising and hanging out, as well as enjoying their own space too.
