Sadly one of our lovely housemates is moving out so we’re looking for someone to join our 4-bedroom flat! It is available from Nov 9th, but we can be flexible that week.
We are in the centre of Muswell Hill, a gorgeous part of North London next to Alexandra Palace and Highgate. There are easy bus links right outside the flat that go to the Northern Line (Highgate) and the Piccadilly & Victoria Line (Finsbury Park). The flat is just off of the high street, where there are lots of grocery stores, an Everyman Cinema, and loads of great independent cafes and shops!
The Room - £680 pcm
It comes furnished with a double bed and a matching set of a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.
The Bills - approx £150 pcm
The total also includes sky tv/broadband and council tax. We each manage a utility bill and use the Splitwise app to keep track.
The Flat
We have a lovely large open plan kitchen/living area that gets lots of sunshine! There is 1 good size bathroom that we all share. The flat is on the second floor of a converted mansion house. There is also permit street parking if needed. The landlord is super helpful, responsive, and friendly too.
About us!
We’re three friends, all in our late 20s, and some of us have been living in this flat for a few years now. We love our little home and take care keeping it clean and presentable, as well as hosting friends every now and again.
We’re looking for a female/female identifying professional who is looking for a long-term home, and enjoys a balance of socialising/hanging out, as well as enjoying their own space too.
