Large peaceful room near Highgate tube/woods

We'd love to share our lovely home and garden with a calm, friendly and respectful lady who loves animals as there's also a small kind and intelligent dog (shitzu-poodle cross) and a beautiful black and white long haired cat, who also live here.

This is a homely, calm place where kindness is highly valued on a quiet, peaceful road (Connaught Gardens N10) with views onto Alexandra Palace.
We are looking for someone similar who is able to live in a harmonious, respectful way with others

There is a large sunny room available. It is fully furnished offering a wardrobe; chest of drawers; table and chairs.

The house offers good sized rooms. There's a sitting room/dining room with a green sofa (not shown). A shared bathroom (offering both bath and shower) and a cloakroom (a second toilet and basin) downstairs.

It's a 20 min journey by tube to central London and a 15 minute walk or 3 mins bus (43 and 134) from top of the road to Highgate Tube or Muswell hill broadway and 3 mins bus ride (W7) to Crouch End village for range of facilities - eg fitness/pool/leisure clubs, cinemas, bookshops, shops, restaurants/cafes, Whittington hospital etc. There's also a Sainsbury's Local, 6 minutes walk from Highgate Tube.

If you love nature, you can enter Queen's woods from the road, a one minute walk from the house (and a short cut to the tube). Highgate woods is close by.

I'm a British-Australian, former documentary film maker and have worked in hospital spiritual care, now working in an Art Museum. I am vegan as part of my practice. Currently there is Rosie, a vet and Xiang, who works in hospitality, both warm hearted, friendly and considerate also living here

Unfortunately, there is insufficient space for friends and family to stay over or to accept couples due to numbers. Also due to space limitations, we are unable to accept more furniture.

Would prefer to share with someone who works from their workplace.

Shorter days than one month can be offered at a rate of £55-£60 per night depending on length and circumstances..
