Friendly, peaceful home near Highgate woods/tube

This is a calm, friendly, well cared-for home on a very quiet road that would suit a similar female who also loves animals as there is a small friendly dog who lives here.

This is a spacious room that’s fully furnished with a large double wardrobe (outside room); chest of drawers; shelved cabinet, table and chairs. The room opens directly onto a green oasis full of flowers. Shared bathroom (bath and shower) with close ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen has two fridges, washing machine and dryer, oven, hob, dishwasher, ironing board/iron.

Council tax, ultra fast WIFI and bills (with reasonable, careful use of energy) included. We can offer a safe, friendly neighbourhood where neighbours are well known to each other. There is free parking in the road.

If you love nature, you can enter Queen's woods directly from our road, a one-minute walk from the house which is also a short cut to Highgate tube.

It’s 20 mins to central London from Highgate tube and a 15 min walk from the house or 3 min bus ride (43 and 134) from top of our road to Highgate Tube. 3 min bus ride (W7) to Muswell Hill Broadway or Crouch End village. Both areas offer a wide range of facilities e. g. fitness/pools/leisure clubs, cinemas, bookshops, shops, restaurants/cafes, surgeries, Whittington hospital etc. (Sainsbury's Local, 6 min walk from Tube with shops/restaurants etc). 



Former (arts documentary) filmmaker/writer, hospital pastoral care-giver, stroke communication support coordinator and vegan. Rosie, (28) who also lives here, is a veterinarian with a shared love of art and nature

Female in full time employment at a workplace (working from home not possible) with employer and landlord references. Apologies, we do not have capacity to accommodate friends/family, couples or furniture or animals as our dog is elderly.
