Sunny room highgate woods

Would love to share this lovely house and garden with a calm, friendly lady working full-time from their work-place. This is a homely place on a quiet, peaceful road (Connaught Gardens N10) with views onto Alexandra Palace.

A sunny, fully furnished double bedroom offering a wardrobe; chest of drawers; table and chair available from 1st June.

There's a shared sitting room/dining room with a sofa (not shown). The house offers good sized rooms. There is a shared bathroom (offering both bath and shower) and a cloakroom (a second toilet and basin) downstairs.

It's a 15 minute walk (or 10 mins bus) to Highgate Tube, Muswell hill Broadway and Crouch End village. There's a Sainsbury's Local, 6 minutes from the Tube. There's also a bus stop from the tube to the top of the road on Onslow Gardens. The 43 and 143 buses offer a three minute ride home (or onto the Broadway).

If you love nature, you can enter Queen's woods from the road, a one minute walk from the house (and a short cut to the tube). Highgate woods is close by.

I'm a British-Australian who's been a filmmaker/writer but now work in community services.

There are also a small kind and intelligent dog (shitzu poodle cross) and a black and white cat living here.

Unfortunately, there is insufficient space for friends and family to stay over or to accept couples due to numbers. Also due to space limitations, unable to accept more furniture.

The rent for the room is £1100 per month. The deposit is a month's rent.
