Spacious Apartment Muswell Hill

Hi there,

I'm looking for a housemate to sublet a double bedroom in my close friends flat on Sydney Road, Muswell Hill, N10 2LR - £800/month + bills (approx. £125/month). My friend who owns the flat has married and relocated to California and has kindly agreed to let the property to me and I've been here for the past 7 years.

The flat has a very spacious furnished lounge and dining area combined, separate kitchen, shared bathroom between 2 and free on street parking. Looking for a housemate that is able to commit to a 12 month contract; starting 1st March (flexible by a few weeks either side). The commute to either Kings Cross or Euston is 40 minutes and walking to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill town centre is less than 15 minutes. The bus stop connecting to the Northern line is less than 2 minutes round the corner.

A bit about myself; I'm a 34 year old professional working in a human rights organisation. Outside of work I enjoy a wide range of sports from running, yoga & cricket, watching some good theatre and travelling as much as possible. Looking for a fun-loving, chilled out housemate to join me that likes a chat over a drink, share some good food and is looking to enjoy this great location in North London. .

Please note there is some storage space in the loft and the house is not able to support anyone working from home more then the odd day.
