Muswell Hill is a beautiful, leafy, urban village, full of Edwardian and Victorian houses, pavement cafes, an Everyman Cinema, Planet Organic, a Farmer's market, specialist shops, a Sainsbury's and a Waitrose. It feels like being in the country with Highgate Woods, Queens Wood, Parkland Walk and Alexandra Palace nearby.

This is an all female house with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and plenty of room to afford peace and privacy. It would suit a single, female professional, preferably also a vegetarian.

Existing flatmates are professionals in the arts and education.
