- Utility bills: 300 £ (each tenant, to pay upfront and only 1 time for the entire stay)

LONG STAY (Minimum 12 Months/NO Maximum):
- Deposit: 0 £
- 26 weeks rent upfront: 2'730 £ each tenant
- ALL BILLS INCLUDED

SHORT STAY (from 1 up to Maximum 3 months):
- Deposit: 210 £ (each tenant)
- Rent for the entire stay to be paid upfront (Weekly rate for each tenant 150 £)
- ALL BILLS INCLUDED
