A bright, furnished room with your own private en-suite bathroom is available in our modern family home in NW2, close to Neasden.

The room is on the top/loft floor of the house, giving you a good level of privacy away from the main family bedrooms. There is only one bedroom on this floor, together with your own en-suite, so it feels quite separate and private.

£920 per month - all bills included, including fast Wi-Fi.

You'll be sharing the home with a professional couple and our young child. We're looking for a friendly, respectful female lodger who would like a clean, relaxed and peaceful place to call home.

The house is modern, clean and generally quiet. As this is our family home, we're looking for someone who would be comfortable living in a relaxed household rather than a busy traditional house share.

Location:
Neasden Station (Jubilee line, Zone 3) is approximately 10 minutes away by bus, and the bus stop is around a 2-3 minute walk from the house.

• One female lodger
• Working professional preferred
• Minimum stay of 3 months
• No pets
• Available from 1 October
