Demography
You will be sharing with 2 other people and a cat.
We are a friendly, clean, quiet, respectful, family orientated, household looking for a likeminded lodger to join on a long term basis.

We are usually in bed by 20:30 and leave the house by 07:45 termtime.
This set up has greatly benefitted mature students, office based professionals and WFH lodgers/licensee in the past.

Costs
The price £780 per month includes bills (including WiFi, Council Tax, Water, Electric and Security Systems).

Note: During the winter there will be an added contribution to match the inflated costs of heat, so we can all keep warm and cosy.

Access
Offstreet parking for one car and there is minimum parking restrictions on the road.

Travel
TRAINS: Brent cross west (Thameslink) & Neasden (Jubilee Line) is 20 mins walk
BUSES: 16, 182 and 245.

There are 2 green spaces (park and resevoir) in walking distance from the property and we also have a lovely garden to relax in after a long day.

As a live in licensor the room can be viewed, with notice, week days and on the weekend.
