Large room in Brockley/New Cross

Hey, we are looking for someone to join the flat from November 6th, there is a large room available,

The flat is a 3 bed ex-council, and has a spacious kitchen and separate living room and balcony.

The room has a kingsize bed with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers also a desk and is on the garden side so pretty quiet.

I am Tom a 33 y/o analyst in the civil service. I am friendly and outgoing and enjoy music, cycling, crafting, yoga, festivals, baking.

Cáit is a 29 y/o digital artist, researcher, bookseller and gallery assistant. She's involved in community organising and also enjoys cycling, video games and going to local reading events or the cinema.

it is a Queer and Neurodivergent flat and we are looking for someone similar.

we WFH 2-3 days per week from our rooms, the living room is kept as a space to relax, the large room available is sufficiently large to WFH if needed and comes with a desk.

The room is £810 and bills are approx £130 per month. We have a private landlord who is reasonable to deal with.

The flat is equal distance between New Cross and Brockley Overground stations for good transport options. There are also a range of good bus options nearby.
