HOUSEMATES 🧚♂️
Freya (she/her) early 30s professional, Kurt (he/him) mid 20s professional and Jack (he/him) mid 20s professional. It’s a friendly queer environment, calm but there is no issue with having people over for dinner or the occasional parties with communication and respect. Everyone respects each other’s space and privacy but also enjoys spending some evening together having dinner or watching a movie etc. Everyone is left wing and queer so we’d like to keep it a respectful free safe space. Interests are varied between housemates including art, making music, sociology, terrible tv and many more.
HOUSE 🏡
Lovely typical South London home, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, pretty large kitchen ending in double glass windows opening to the garden, 1 shared living room with a TV and access to all streaming apps. It’s very UK frazzled chic but has its charm and is homey. Housemates are also all open to bringing in your own stuff and ideas to change the layout around.
LOCATION📍
5/10 minutes walk to New across Gate station (Overground + London Bridge trains) and many buses all around. There’s a Sainsbury’s/argos/starbucks/b&m/tkmaxxx 5 minutes walk from the house and many small businesses like Latino, Pan African, Asian food spots. Very close walk to Telegraph Hill, Deptford, Goldsmith University, Peckham.
RENT/ BILLS/ DEPOSIT 💰
Rent is £750 per month,
Bills are approximately £150 depending on the season, including wifi, water, edf, council tax and toilet paper.
