Hi!
Lovely bright and spacious double room available in 5 bed LGBT houseshare!
Sharing with 4 professionals (aged 28-33) but the house never feels crowded - there's 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room and a garden. Lovely chilled vibe in the house, everyone is very friendly and up for a chat in the kitchen or the pub but also very respectful of people's space. All of us moved in at different times from Spareroom so you won't feel like the odd one out! :)
The room available is on the 1st floor, it comes with the bed and mattress, chest of drawers and clothes rail (the rest of the furniture will be leaving with me!) It's at the corner of the house and literally gets sunlight allll day with is so nice!
The house is really well connected for public transport: about 10 mins walk to both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations for the Windrush line and direct trains to London Bridge, there's a handy bus to Canada Water that stops just outside the house, as well as all the buses on New Cross Road. We're also right by the C10 cycleway :)
Rent is £796 pcm, bills come to about £80 each.
