Would suit someone who works in London during the week but goes back to their home town on the weekends. We previously had a lodger who split his time between working for KPMG in nearby Canary Wharf, and living with his family in Birmingham.

Could suit contractors working at nearby New Cross Gate Railway Depot (15 mins walk) or medical staff at Guy's Hospital London Bridge (30 mins away).

ABOUT US

I’m Louie I own the flat, I’m male, British, 44 years old. I'm an IT consultant. I mostly work at home on my laptop in my bedroom, but I also work in cafes and co-working spaces. My partner Pamela is an actor, and works a variety of jobs. In our free time we like to go to the theatre, and I do amateur stand-up comedy in small rooms above pubs.

I've had a lot of lodgers over the years and it normally works out well.

When you move in I’ll be there to give you keys, show you around, and can answer questions about the local area.

When we see you in the kitchen we'll normally have a quick chat. Other than that we'll be respectful of your space and time.
