We are looking for a lodger for this lonely spareroom to make it their home. Its s a good sized bright room overlooking the garden. Theres a shared bathroom, reasonably sized kitchen, sitting room and access to the garden.

Our home is located on a residential road, away from the main road and is a short walking distance to New Cross Gate train station and Bus garage. On road parking is free.


We are looking for a freindly person who is clean, tidy, responsible, and reasonably sociable with the ability to work as a team, who is looking for long term lodgings of no less then at least 6 months.

Its important that you like cats.

References, ID and a deposit are required.

Please note this is not a multi occupancy. And we are looking for only one lodger.
