Great Spare room in a beautiful, bright Victorian flat with a private garden and a cat.

The room is quiet, garden and south-facing, has a single bed which unfolds into a king-size double, Sonos speakers, a desk, chair, in-built shelf and storage cupboards. There is space for a clothes rack. Shared kitchen, living room etc. are fully equipped.
We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable, tidy, friendly and loves cats as when I will be away visiting my partner abroad (circa 1 long weekends per month), I will need someone to take care of my cat, Rovie. He's 1.5 years old, really friendly and curious. My partner will also be visiting circa one weekend per month. I, myself am a male professional, working in central London, enjoy travelling, running, going to live music gigs, meeting friends at the pub, cooking and watching films.
The tenancy will be ideally for six months from mid/end February to late August 2025. An extension may be possible depending on our circumstances.
The flat is located right in New Cross with many great bars, restaurants, markets, pubs and parks. Telegraph Hill Park is just around the corner as well., It is perfectly located for getting into London's city centre, with a 7 min direct train to London Bridge from New Cross Gate station (5 min walk) or Overground to Dalston Junction.
