Modern One Bedroom Flat in New Cross

Hey Guys,

We are leaving our lovely one bedroom apartment in New Cross Gate. It's in a really nice new build and the location is awesome. It has a gorgeous little balcony which is south facing so you'll get lots of natural light! Pretty gutted to be leaving our pad but with Covid stuff we're leaving London for the time being as we are both musicians and our work is gone for the foreseeable.

This property is furnished and available 4th of November. It is available for a short let until the end of our tenancy which is February 28th or for 12 months on a new tenancy with our landlord. Bills are not included. On a long let this will be unfurnished.

There is a one site concierge service, on site repairs team (repairs get fixed within 24 hours usually) and parking available! Location is incredible as well.
