Our house is big and beautiful with a lovely garden and a great kitchen, we are very close to Goldsmith's College and a 5 min walk from New Cross Gate station where you can catch the Overground or the train
public transport connections here are awesome (7min to London Bridge)
there is a great coffee shop "The Corner" across the road from us, young, friendly and the coffee, pastries and the sourdough sandwiches are awesome
We have a cat called Biscuit.

We have a beautiful, large spare room in our house and you can have it furnished or unfurnished.
Our house is warm, spacious and very friendly, it gets cleaned every week by a professional cleaner.
