We're looking for new flatmates for our houseshare in New Cross.

Our house is located about 5 minutes walking distance from New Cross Gate Station, and about 10 minutes from Goldsmiths College, University of London. It's in the lovely and quiet Hatcham Conservation Area with ample parking on our street and great transportation links.

From New Cross Gate you’ll be able to catch National Rail services (e. g. 5 minutes to London Bridge) or hop on an Overground and reach the Jubilee Line in just two stops. With New Cross Bus Garage we have a big bus hub just 5 minutes from our doorstep too. It's a great location for commuters into the city as well as for students.

The house is made of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each with sink, toilet, shower and window), a fully equipped and modern kitchen (with oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle, freezer, etc.) and a shared dining/living area. The basement provides additional storage space. The house has its own garden, which our neighbours' cats love to hang out in. Also, we have a bikeshed in front of the house to securely store your bike. Additionally, we have a relaxingly fast 1 Gbps fibre internet connection.

I'm Seb - I'm in my mid 30s, originally from Germany and working. I'm looking for friendly, responsible and tidy flatmates who want to have a home, not just a place to sleep.
We've already found two additions - Alex and Mina from the UK and Japan respectively - and are looking for two more people to fill the remaining rooms. In addition to that, this is a LGBTQ+ friendly house.

The available rooms all come furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, but you can bring your own furniture if you'd like that.

Room #1 is located on the middle landing and faces the garden. It's the smallest of the available rooms, but also the quietest.

Room #2 is located on the ground floor and faces the garden. It's the medium sized of the available rooms.

Room #3 is located on the ground floor to the front of the house. It's the 2nd biggest of the available rooms.

Room #4 is located on the upper floor to the front of the house. It's the biggest room in the house.

Bills average around £50-£70 per month per person. The house is council tax band D. No agencies involved, but you'll have to pass referencing by the landlady and pay a deposit if you want to join us and secure the room.
