Due to the fact that my placement is far away from campus, I decided to sublet this room to someone else who has to be a student in Goldsmiths.
Rent period: From Christmas ( which is negotiable. It can be sometime between 19th December to 8th January) to 9th July 2023
The accommodation fee is £187.5 per week, including bills.
You will sign contract with the university, so it’s only for a student in Goldsmiths.
My flatmates are very friendly and easy to get along with. I’m sure you will have fun together.
