Super modern double Bedroom with ensuite bathroom

Hey there! 👋I’m looking for a great flatmate to take over my spacious double en-suite room in a bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in New Cross Gate. I’m moving back to Greece, so my room is becoming available. The flat is exactly as shown in the photos and video.

The flat is modern, airy, and super comfortable: a big living room, underfloor heating for cozy winter nights, double-glazed windows, and it’s extremely quiet (especially for London). It’s on the 4th floor, stays warm in winter, and has a modern kitchen plus all the essentials already in place: dishwasher, washing machine, comfy sofa, and a dining table that works equally well for takeout or a proper dinner.

Location-wise, it’s a 10-minute walk to New Cross Gate Overground station, with great links into the rest of London.

The room

The available room is a large double with its own en-suite bathroom. It’s spacious, modern, and fully set up as shown in the photos/video.

Furniture / setup

The flat is technically unfurnished, but all the furniture currently in the flat is staying (as seen in the photos/video). If you have your own furniture for the room or even prefer to bring your own setup, that’s absolutely fine too.

Storage (the London dream)

This place has a crazy amount of storage for London standards: three separate storage rooms, and they’re currently almost empty because we’ve also got two very large built-in closets. So unless you’re secretly storing a museum collection, you’ll be more than fine.

Bills & move-in

Bills are around £125 per person per month, depending mainly on heating usage (thank you, London winters).

Move-in date is flexible; anytime from now until the 25th of March.

About the flatmate who’s staying

You’ll be living with Angelos, a 23-year-old Greek embryologist. He’s very quiet, friendly, and easygoing. Despite his age, he’s not into parties at all. He enjoys going to the gym, basketball, and checking out healthy-eating spots (and going out occasionally). He also likes to keep the kitchen tidy, especially the sink, so we try to avoid leaving dishes in the sink and keep shared spaces clean.
