Super modern double Bedroom with its own bathroom

I'm looking for a great flatmate to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in New Cross Gate. The place is bright, airy, and perfect for someone who loves a modern kitchen, a big living room, underfloor heating for those cozy winter nights, and plenty of extra storage as shown in the video. The available room is a double, with its own spacious bathroom. Bonus points: the flat comes with all the essentials—dishwasher, washing machine, comfy sofa, and a dining table perfect for takeout or fancy dinners.

The double room itself is fully furnished, but if you have your own furniture for the room or even the entire flat, feel free to bring it along. The rest of the flat is fully furnished as shown in the video (the double room is shown in the video from 2:15 to 3:00). The move-in date is flexible, anytime between February 15 and March 15th. Bills are about £125 per person per month, depending on how often we use the heating (thank you, London winters).

A bit about me: I’m 33, a software engineer from Greece working for American Express. I predominantly work from home and have a nine-to-five job, and as you might see in the video, I have a small desk in the living room—but don’t worry, if you want to watch TV, cook, or just hang out, you can absolutely pretend I’m not there and go about your day as usual!
I like to keep things clean, respect shared space, and maintain a tidy home, so I’m looking for someone who shares the same mindset. I’m into tech, movies/TV shows, science, politics, and sports like football and tennis. When I’m not at home, I love checking out bars, gigs, and comedy shows—always down for a laugh!
