Quirky loft room with huge window

Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate to move in to a fantastic double room in a large townhouse. You'll be sharing with me and my housemate James. The room's available from August and I'm keen to meet interested people in person rather than a video call.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed with storage drawers underneath, bedside table, a storage cubby hole in the eaves, a built-in desk and chair, and a chest of drawers. You could squeeze in some other furniture like a clothes rail if you wanted.

The best thing about the room is the huge window which opens out to form a mini-balcony- you can see in the pics. The room is on the top floor of the house and is very quiet and private - but does involve going up a lot of stairs.

You will share a bathroom with James (I have my own bathroom). There's also a large shared living room, a downstairs loo, a sit-in kitchen, and a large garden with a bike shed and table and chairs. I don't rent the two other bedrooms so the house feels pretty spacious overall.

The location is really great. We're on a very quiet road with hardly any traffic, and only 5-10 minutes' walk from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations. Deptford is a 15 minute walk away and full of fun cafes, bars and restaurants.

I also have two very handsome cats who love receiving cuddles, it would be great if anyone moving in also loved giving them!

I'm looking for all the normal stuff in a housemate: someone who's clean and tidy, friendly but equally happy doing their own thing and is respectful of personal space.
