Huge Room in Flat by Telegraph Hill

Hello!

We are looking for a third flatmate to live in our bright and beautiful Victorian style flat right by Telegraph Hill. The room is available from the 1st September (Rent due by the 10th).

As you can see the room is massive! Big enough for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and then some with bright big bay windows that let in the lovely morning light in. We have a huge communal kitchen where we mainly hang out that has beautiful golden hour, as well as, a smaller spare room that we are looking to turn into a small living room/study/library-esque space. The room comes with a bed.

We live on a lovely, peaceful road that leads up to Telegraph hill, is a 10 minute walk to quaint Nunhead High street which has lovely coffee shops, bars, groceries, 10 min walk to Queens Road Peckham and 10-15 min walk to New Cross Gate where there are also both great pubs, clubs, bars, galleries, supermarkets, shops and more. It is zone 2 in London so most places take from 20 to 40 mins to get to by bus/overground, and if you mainly see yourself staying in SE Ldn then even less!

You would be living with me; a 24 yr old professional actor and graphic design student at UAL. Some of my interests include going to gigs, dj'ing, hiking, going to art galleries, using my Curzon film membership ;).

As well as Lina; a 24 year old model agent and creative who also studied Politics (versatile). Lina is also a dj with interests in fashion, gigs, music and art.

As a flat we enjoy going out to nearby clubs and bars, going to exhibitions and gigs, dj'ing together and also just chilling out in the house. However with the busy nature of our careers we also enjoy our independence and space.

Essentially we are looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, friendly and clean! Someone who is creative and would love to join in on whatever we get up to is bonus. We also have a cat called Squid who is loves a cuddle but is usually out and about in the area.

Rent is £900 + bills
