Hi, I am graduating from Goldsmiths and ready to back to my home country. I am subletting my student apartment from April 1st to September 8th. If you want a long term contract, you can talk to the reception. An official accomadation contract applied.
5 minutes walk to the campus, 5 minutes walk to New Cross Gate station, from there you can get to London Brige in 10 minutes.
It is 204 pounds per week. Paid monthly. Bills included, no council tax.
It is an ensuite room, all flatmates are from Asian, they are lovely and kind.
