Lovely Italian/English Household x

am moving out on the 1st of May and am seeking someone to replace me!

I currently live with three other lovely young professional girls, all of whom are busy with their jobs but are incredibly sociable and enjoy spending time together. It's worth noting that they all have Italian backgrounds but are very open to welcoming people from all over the world but preferably girls!

We are looking for a clean and collaborative individual to join us. We already have a cleaning rota in place, which ensures that everything stays super efficient and tidy at all times.

The room available is on the smaller side but comes fully furnished with everything you'll need, including a super comfortable bed! Additionally, the house boasts a spacious garden and a front patio, which comes in handy for receiving parcels.

The council tax band is C, and bills come to approximately £100 per month, including Wi-Fi. The house is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from New Cross Gate station and numerous bus stops connecting to all parts of London.

Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a small shopping boulevard with a large Sainsbury's (complete with a Starbucks and Argos inside), B&M, and TK MAXX! Additionally, there's a Lidl just a 15-minute walk away.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a mix of students, young professionals, and families.
