Lovely double room in New Cross/Deptford

Big double room available in our house from end of June for a year minimum from the end of June. Our great flatmate Ila is leaving because she bought a flat!

The room is bright with big windows and is large enough to easily fit a double bed, a massive desk, big chest of drawers, an armchair, etc. It comes with a deep closet in the hallway, so great storage. The room is unfurnished, but we would have a double bed and a chest of drawers available.

The house is in a quiet and cute estate facing Fordham Park. We are 8 min walk from both New Cross Gate and New Cross station, and very easy access to Goldsmiths University, New Cross Road with all the shops and pubs. We are 15 min walk from Deptford with the market, restaurants, and high street. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garden.

We are a household of 4 flatmates (1 of the room is shared by a couple, so 3 of us + 1 new person). The three of us have lived in the house for 3 years and are really enjoying it. Niamh is from Scotland, loves music, and is a student advisor for King’s College. Mehdi and Anouk are from Montreal Canada. We love to cook, eat and hike. Mehdi is a data scientist at Imperial University and Anouk is a visual artist. We are friendly household who like to do things together, but also respect everyone’s space. We cook for each other and share a meal maybe once a week.

Niamh is going to be moving in with her partner at the end of august, so her room will also be available then.
