Short let in lovely double room, New Cross Gate

I'm subletting my cute double room in a big house on Telegraph Hill, in New Cross. Available now until the end of June (flexible dates).

The room is full of natural light and it is in a big Victorian house, with 2 bathrooms, a huge, super well equipped kitchen with a living room space and a garden.

The closest overground station is New Cross Gate, 10/15 min walk away, or Nunhead national rail service station, 10 min walk. There are many bus stops as well, plus a grocery store just around the corner, a very cute cafe on the top of the hill and possibly the best pub in SE, Skehans.

The rent is super low, £115 pw and I won’t be asking for bills.

The household is very communitarian and is made of 5 other people. This is a queer safe space! We also have a lovely and forever hungry cat.
