Lovely room in queer household

We are looking for a lovely human being preferably someone who identifies as a woman or GNC to fill in a lovely room (2nd floor - view on garden) in our house.

We are a bunch of chill and friendly queer people working in food pr, marketing, hair salon, EDI, tattooing, hospitality. The house is very peaceful , and sometimes we gather to have dinner together, and now that summer is coming we’ll definitely have bbqs and drinks in the garden :3

It starts as a sublet from the 13th of June (Can also move in that weekend), until mid September, but the chances of extension are high, as the person who’s moving out (me) could not come back for longer.

We are having viewings tonight, on saturday from 7, on Sunday evening, and Monday all day.
