Double room in beautiful 2 bed flat (all incl.)

Room available in New Cross Gate – *from 22/23 August, flexible by a few days either side* ( women preferred)

I'm looking for a new housemate to join me in a cosy home with a beautiful garden.

Location: A 7-minute walk to New Cross Gate Overground/Rail (just one stop from London Bridge) and 10 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham. Peckham and Deptford are also within walking distance, so there are loads of great cafés, pubs and places to eat nearby.

The room: A spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a view over the garden.

Rent: £1,100 per calendar month, with all bills included.

The room will be initially available for sublet until 15 October with a formal contract starting right after if we are both happy with it. We’d ideally like someone who wants to stay long term but would also consider temporary sublets for the first two months.

About me: I work as a Project Manager at City St George's, University of London, and I play football at weekends. I love cooking, sharing the occasional meal, and having a relaxed evening watching a film. Home is really important to me, so I'm looking for someone considerate, easy-going and happy to contribute to a calm, friendly atmosphere.

Bonus housemate: Elveden, the sweetest cat you'll ever meet (photo attached as evidence!).

I've lived here for five years and genuinely love this house. It's a peaceful place to come back to and I'd really like to find someone who'll enjoy it in the same way.
