Hey everyone, I'm searching for a housemate to share a lovely 2-bed house in New Cross Gate.
Rent is £1085 all incl and moving date is 1st August. You would need to replace the current housemate in the joint contract.

The house is situated just minutes away from Peckham and Deptford, you'll have easy access to lots of events, cafes, and a variety of dining options. The landlord is really lovely and has made lots of improvements to the house whilst we’ve been here, including brand new windows in the living room, new bathtub, painting the bathroom etc This flat features shared (very spacious) living room, kitchen, bathroom and a charming garden, ideal for laid-back gatherings. You'll share the space with Ioanna, a queer greek woman, project manager in the field of education and football player at Stonewall FC. There is also a furry friend living with me called Elveden 😸
The room offers ample storage with a generous wardrobe and can be furnished or unfurnished to suit your preferences. With Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate stations nearby, commuting to London Bridge is a breeze. Plus, local amenities including a large Sainsbury's and off-license stores (3’ walk) make for easy groceries shopping.
