Additionally, it features new flooring, tiling, and carpeting, a bright conservatory, and a lovely garden.
Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from New Cross Gate station, the house sits in a peaceful area away from the noise, with a quick 5 minute train journey to London Bridge and Canada Water. It is also within 10 minute walking distance to Sainsbury's, TK Maxx, B&M and the main road where you will find and array of cafes, pubs and eateries.

Seeking a professional who is clean and considerate, I am open to sharing a meal or a drink when schedules allow. I am looking for someone who will appreciate the space, treat it like home, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and positive vibes!
