The Room:
The room features a furnished double bed with a garden view, complete with a bedside table, a lamp, and a double wardrobe with a full-length mirror and plush carpet. If needed, a desk and chair can be provided. You'll have access to a bathroom that will primarily be for your use, as I have my own ensuite, though I occasionally use the tub.

Me:
You'll be sharing the space with me, a media professional and live-in landlord, along with the friendly ginger cat Simba - cat lovers are preferred! I enjoy cooking, socialising, and working from home part-time. I’m outgoing and social, love a good laugh and a chat, yet I also value downtime at home, enjoying music, documentaries, and relaxing with a glass of wine.

The House:
The house is truly a lovely space! It boasts a spacious and bright atmosphere, I'm always updating and decorating to make it more comfortable and cosy. It includes an open-plan living room and dining area with a comfortable sofa (some say the comfiest they have ever sat on!) and a large table, a fully furnished kitchen including a small dishwasher, a downstairs toilet, a garage for storage, and parking space in front of the house. Additionally, it features new flooring, tiling, and carpeting, a bright conservatory, and a lovely garden.

Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk from New Cross Gate station, the house sits in a peaceful area away from the noise, with a quick 5 minute train journey to London Bridge and Canada Water. It is also within 10 minute walking distance to Sainsbury's, TK Maxx, B&M and the main road where you will find and array of cafes, pubs and eateries.

You:
Seeking a professional who is clean and considerate, I am open to sharing a meal or a drink when schedules allow. I am looking for someone who will appreciate the space, treat it like home, and contribute to maintaining cleanliness and positive vibes!
