A small but cosy room (double bed) is available, which includes your own designated desk space in the living room. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which would end 13th November, with the option to renew.

4 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham station, and 12 minutes to New Cross Gate station.

The house is two floors and includes a large living room, kitchen, toilet and outside patio on the ground floor, and the bedroom and main bathroom on the first floor. The house sits within a gated and secure complex, with lovely neighbours and a very caring and helping landlord.

Lots of lovely coffee shops, supermarkets, working spaces, restaurants and parks just a few mins away. Rye Lane is about 15-20 min walk. I have loved living here!

There is secure parking available.

You would be sharing with two lovely women who work in music, marketing and brand partnerships.
