Spacious double room in New Cross

Our housemate is moving out so we are looking for someone to take his room. It’s a spacious double room, and comes with the bed frame, chest of drawers, bedside table, clothes rail, whiteboard and storage units.

The flat has a kitchen, living room, separate shower/bath and toilet. We also have a small balcony.

The flat is well connected, we are less than 10 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham and Nunhead stations, about 15 minutes to New Cross Gate. Lots of buses nearby. Close to nice pubs and shops in both Peckham and New Cross.

Rent is £820 per month and bills are approximately £85 per month. Council tax band B. We are on a monthly rolling contract but we are looking for someone who wants to stay long term.

You’d be moving in with Sarah and Connor. We’re friendly, clean and tidy. We work full time and do our own things but are also sociable as a flat.
