This flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom with a living room/open kitchen with a balcony.
Comes with a storage cupboard next to your bathroom which is separate to your room. (Also has heated flooring… so good when it’s winter)
There’s a utility room with a washing machine dryer.
Kitchen includes a dishwasher and newly fitted oven and large built in fridge freezer!
Your room is a double spacious room, enough room to have your own tv set up, or a whole retail store if you have enough clothes like me!

I’m moving out in July so would need someone to be ready to sign and move in within august.
Deposit is £1078.
Monthly rent on the 1st of each month is £1085.

Bills - are not included. I’ve been paying roughly £150 a month for council tax, heating, WiFi, water.

Your flatmate -
His name is Tom and is a very friendly nice gay guy, easy going man in his thirties. He works from home in his room/living room.
You will both share the living room and kitchen area/balcony.

Pets - the cat is not included he’ll be leaving with me sorry - but Tom is very happy for you to have a small pet living with you but that will need to be discussed with him.
