Double Room for Rent in New Cross Gate

Hey, we're looking for a new flatmate to fill one of the rooms in our Flat in New Cross Gate, which is available from the 24th of October. Where to start?

The room is a lovely double room furnished with a bed, two large wardrobes and a bedside chest of drawers. It has high ceilings and lots of opportunity to make it your own. The flat has a nice spacious shared living room that we like to spend time in, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and shower rooms and a balcony and garden area that is shared with the neighbouring flats.

Rent is £715 a month excluding bills, which come to approx. £100 a month, which includes council tax, water, gas and electricity and broadband. A 5 week deposit is required, as well as having to pay the first months rent on moving in.

The flat is very well connected, being about 5 mins walk from New Cross Gate station (Zone 2) and a 15 mins walk from both New Cross and Queen's Road Peckham stations, as well as being next to New Cross Bus Garage, making it easy to travel to most areas of central, east and south London by bus, even at night.

We're currently 3 flatmates between the ages of 22 and 26, 2 males 1 female. We're all working professionals working in different areas, but are sociable, with a shared love for the arts, politics and grabbing a pint.
