Large double room 13 Oct - 22 Nov

I am subletting my large master bedroom whilst I am away travelling from October 13th to November 22nd.

It is a three-bedroom house with one large (and really nice) bathroom, a good living room, a decent kitchen, and a cute garden. The room has plenty of storage space and you would be welcome to use my super WFH setup with a standing desk and multiple monitors.

My housemates are Finn and Ravi, two of the loveliest guys ever. They are young professionals who work from home and love getting out to do things, exercise, finding great music and socialising with friends. The house vibe is really friendly and welcoming and we like to keep it clean and tidy.


The room is available for 40 days total and the cost is £1300 plus bills all in. Couples are also welcome but we would make a slight adjustment to the rent. I would also want to take a deposit just because I have a decent amount of expensive kit for work in the room I hope that's okay.
