Dbl Room Short let - New Cross Gate/Old Kent Road

Hi! My name is Joe, and I’ll be away for about a month, so I’m looking for someone to take my room while I’m away.

My room is a carpeted double room with a bed, mattress, desk and chair, clothes rack, chest of drawers, and a mirror. If you need an extra screen for work, you’re welcome to use my monitor and speakers.

You’ll be staying in a two-bedroom apartment with one kitchen and one bathroom, but there’s no living room. The live-in landlord, Shane, will still be here while you stay. Shane works from home a lot, so it would be great if noise could be kept to a minimum. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk from New Cross Gate station. There’s also a bus stop just 5 minutes away with routes 21, 53, 172, and 453, taking you to London Bridge, Elephant & Castle, Canada Water, Waterloo, and Greenwich Park in a snap. Large Sainsbury's and Lidl stores are both within a 10-15 minute walk, and there are also Eastern European, Vietnamese, and Latin American shops on New Cross Road.

Since this is a short let, I’ll do my best to put away my personal belongings, though some items may still be in the room. Details can be discussed further.
