Large double bedroom available in a lovely flat in New Cross Gate. The bedroom has a double bed, two wardrobes and a desk. The flat is spacious with a communal living/ dining room and a separate kitchen. It also has a garden. It is very close to New Cross gate station and Peckham area. Good connections to east and central London too.

We’re looking for a third housemate to join us. We’re two professionals in our mid twenties - my housemate works as a paralegal and I’m an editor/art director. We’re both quite busy but also enjoy hanging out in the flat. We have a good relationship with our neighbours too and do occasional barbecues. Very happy to share further info to those interested! x
