Double Room in New Cross!

Hey girls!

We’re going to have one room available in our flatshare from February 3rd 2025 until the remainder of our tenancy May 2026. We live in South East London in New Cross in a terraced house with 4 bedrooms, living room and a garden! You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 of the girls.

I am only moving to return back home otherwise I’d stay, the girls are super lovely!!🥹. The remaining housemates (3) are aged 23-25 and work in branding, media and marketing. One housemate works from home 1-2 days a week.

We love being out and about but also like our quiet time at home. We’re looking for someone with a full time job (£28k per annum minimum), clean and good vibes. It would be nice to have a nice and friendly house dynamic with shared dinners once a month etc, but also have our separate things going on🤍✨

It is really important for us to have someone that’s really tidy and respectful, takes responsibility and wants to contribute to the household.

The house came unfurnished when we moved in August 2023. We bought the main necesseties together so the new person moving in would need to take over their share of the furniture which is around £200. (Sofas, table, TV etc.)

The room is £775 + bills
Deposit: £807.5

Bills are around £80-100 per month. This includes water, council tax, gas & electricity and Wi-Fi.

Disclaimer: we are only interested in someone who can stay the full tenancy. February 2025 - May 2026. No short term tenancy.🙏

Furniture for sale in my room 1 double bed with mattress, 1 ikea mirror, 1 small metal cabinet, 1 IKEA small desk and desk chair, for £170 total if ya want it. Also selling my wardrobe for £40 as one of the doors is slightly broke but cannn be fixed.

5 minutes walk from bus stop (access to the buses like the 172,453,53 etc etc). 15-minute walk away from New Cross Gate overground. Super close to supermarkets; Lidl, Sainburys and Asda.
