Double room in New Cross (January)

Big and bright room in a three bed flat.
Fully furnished and clean, looking for a tidy tenant.
I am renting my room for the winter period as I will be travelling for a month.
1st of January - 1st of February.
Magical location in SE London with Deptford Green right at the doorstep.

Ideally I am looking for someone that is going to stay for the whole period but I am considering shorter stays as well.

The room is fully furnished and I will be making space for you to fit all your belongings comfortably.

We are four professionals with intense life rhythms, caring for a respectful use of the communal space and cleanliness.

In the house there is one bathroom, one spacious living room, one small kitchen and a balcony. It's the first floor of an end of terraced property, 3 minutes walking from New Cross Gate station (Overground/Windrush) or 5 min from New Cross (National Rail and Windrush line).
