A wonderful double room in a relaxed Peckham house-share will soon be available for rent! I will be moving out soon and need someone to take over. 🌟

The other housemates (six in total) are lovely and welcoming! The house is very relaxed and quiet - perfect for students and professionals alike.

The boring stuff:
- A £750 deposit will be required to secure the room, which will be kept and returned within 3 days of moving out (assuming the room is kept in good shape, etc).
- Two bathrooms and a kitchen shared between housemates. Also a lovely back garden!
- £750 a month with all bills included. Super fast Wi-Fi too!

Location:
- As for the area, you will be super well connected. A convenient 9-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham Overground Station.
- A few minutes’ walk to bus stops with direct routes to Central London (around 20 minutes on the bus).
- Only an hour walk from London Bridge too, lovely for a nice stroll. 🏙️

Nearby Amenities:
- Lidl and Food Warehouse are only a 10-minute walk away.
- 10 minutes further, there is a retail park with many handy shops.
- There is also a wonderful pub, The Windsor, only a few minutes away - super cosy.
