Double Room in 4 bed house - New Cross Gate

We are 3 housemates that have been living together for 2-4.5years. We decided to move out of our current flat for a bit of an upgrade and have found a 4 bed house we are really happy with, so need to fill the extra room. We will also be moving in on 31st Jan, so we only have the pics from the listing for now.

We're aged between 27-31 and work in music, marketing and casting. We like hanging out and watching tv together in the evenings, but also tend to do our own thing a lot too. Not a party house but we are relaxed with having friends round and enjoy a night out so looking for someone with a similar social life, and is friendly, clean and laid back.

The room:
Good sized double room, downstairs, unfurnished but with a wardrobe like the one pictured.

The house:
The house is unfurnished so we'll all be chipping in getting some furniture for the shared spaces but not a dealbreaker if you'd rather not. Any nice sofas or coffee tables a bonus though! Shared living room and kitchen with a good sized garden. The house has been recently renovated.
We'll be meeting a few people towards the end of this week and early next week then look to make a decision pretty quickly!
