Room in lovely 2 bed flat near New Cross Gate

Lovely double bedroom located a 12 minute walk from new Cross Gate and a 15 minute walk from Queen's Road Peckham. I am sadly leaving but looking to find someone to replace me for the rest of the tenancy.

You'd be sharing with Izzie, 26 and working in interior design, who is super sociable and lovely. She is so easy to live with and the flat is lovely and clean. We are looking for someone around our ages to move in anytime between the 15-23 of Feb, ideally with similar interests :)

The tenancy is for 6 months until the 23rd of August, but there is an opportunity to extend after this time. The property is managed by Reside who are super efficient and easy to work with. Bills are aorund £60-£70 a month and council tax is band C. Landlord would prefer a guarantor as well.
