The flat is 2 bed, two bath. Both rooms are doubles, one is an en-suite. There’s also an open plan living room/kitchen with a balcony. There’s a parking garage and open terrace.

This property is run by the landlord management team. They have a reception who take in parcels and a maintenance team who can deal with any issues ASAP.

Reference check will be carried out by landlord, they will need the following info:

- passport
- last 3 months bank statements
- last 3 months payslips

The living room needs decorating, we never got round to it so you can put your touch on the place.

This is a great flat with amazing transport links. You have New Cross station which is so close it’s visible from the bedroom window, about 3-5 minutes walk depending on your pace. There’s also New Cross Gate station which is so close you can see it from the balcony, again 3-5 minutes walk.
