Spacious room in New Cross Gate/Deptford

Hi All, my name is Giuseppe and I am looking for a flatmate to rent one of the room in my house.

Short introduction about me and my wife, I am from Italy and my wife is from South Korea. My wife is mostly working from home in the creative sector and I work in education. We have a cat as well but she won't bother anyone. Just a cutest little thing if you like cats.

We love cooking and feeding our friends with playing music some times but we keep it in decency.

The location is 10min walk from new cross gate station so if you need to travel to north, east, west and south, the transport is very convenient with buses and overground.

The room will be furnished with a new double mattress, clothing rail, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The room comes with separate family sized bathroom so it’s basically en-suit. Plus a separate fridge in the kitchen.

Rent is 1000 including bills, internet, weekly cleaning, toilet papers, kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, oils, laundry liquid, etc.
Deposit 1000 and 1 month notice is required.

We are looking for someone who is considerate and kind to others with the sense of ownership and responsibility.
