Hey girls! A room is coming available in our flat from the 10th May (some flexibility on move in date).✨

We live in New Cross Gate (SE) in a lovely terraced house with 4 bedrooms - big shared living room and small garden. The room gets lots of sun, has lots of storage space and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 2 of the girls. ☀️
The current flatmates are three girls aged 24-26 and work in branding, media and as cabin crew.
The girls love being out and about but also have their seperate lives and enjoy some quiet time at home. We’re looking for someone with a full time job 27k+, clean and good vibes. It’s a lovely friendly house dynamic with shared dinners once a month etc, but also we all have our separate things going on💕
It’s really important for the girls to have someone that’s tidy and respectful, takes responsibility and wants to contribute to the household.
The house came unfurnished when we moved in August 2022 and we bought the main necessities together so the new person moving in would need to take over their share of the furniture which is around £200. (Sofas, table etc.)
The room is £750 + bills ✨
Deposit: £807.5
Bills are around £80-100 per month. This includes water, council tax, gas & electricity and Wi-Fi.
