A bright and spacious room is available in our lovely characterful two-floor Victorian maisonette, just a 4-minute walk from New Cross Gate station.

The room is a generous 4m x 6m, south-facing with two large windows, and comes furnished with a double bed and piano, with plenty of space for relaxing with a sofa and table/ desk. With double and secondary glazing, it’s a peaceful and quiet space.

You'll be sharing the home with a friendly couple in our late 30s who work in the arts and communications. We’re easygoing, clean, and respectful and looking for someone similarly considerate. The maisonette has a shared bathroom (with bath and shower), a well-equipped kitchen-diner, and an outside space to enjoy when the weather’s good. We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks to look after communal spaces.
