I’m looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of the flat as my current housemate is moving out. The bedroom is a good-sized double with its own private en-suite.

Rent: £1032.50/month

• Contract: Lease runs until October, with option to renew
• Room: Bright double bedroom with private en-suite, furnished or unfurnished

About me: I work in HR and go into the office two days a week. I like keeping the flat clean and relaxed — it’s important that home feels like home. I’m into movies, sports & cooking, and I’d love a housemate who’s up for hanging out sometimes (beer gardens, brunches, dinners, or movie nights).
