26th June - July Sublet

Hi everyone
I’ll be out of the country from 26th June throughout July so I’m looking to sublet my room while I’m gone. ☀️

This is a 5 bedroom house. The room advertised is one of 2 on the ground floor.
The house is fully furnished.
The room has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a full length mirror. Although I can’t guarantee I’ll move out all of my stuff, I will make ample room for you!
Duvet and bedsheets are provided but not towels.
The room is on the back garden side so it’s very quiet day and night.
There is a small bathroom shared with 1 other person.
We have a garden, with an outdoor table for lovely outdoors summer dinners.

Location:
We are less than 10min walk from New Cross Gate station. Easy to get on the jubilee line or reach London Bridge.
We have a lot of buses a short walk away to take you straight to central London as well.
There’s a big Sainsbury’s 5min away, with a Starbucks, B&M, and TKMaxx there as well.

People in the house:
We’re all in our 20s and doing our own thing. There is no living room, but we do have chats in the kitchen when cooking at the same time.
The house is quiet and laid back. Only requirement is that everything is paid on time and to clean up after ourselves.

Bills and rent:
Rent for a month is £850 with an additional £50 for bills.
My plans for now are to come back in August but nothing is set in stone yet so leaving date is flexible. An additional fee for an extra week will be worked out if needed (probably around £195/week).
For everyone’s safety and trust I’d ask for payment on the day the keys are given.
This is ideal for someone either looking to spend some time in London over summer, or if you’re here for short time work / internship / school.
