Beautiful Double Bed Room in South London

My housemates and I are looking for a kind, respectful, chilled and clean person to take over this room tenancy in our lovely house from 20th September 🤗 it’s a gorgeous, spacious double bedroom on the ground floor of the house, which also comes with a private courtyard.

Please note the room is mostly unfurnished but does come with a double bed, mirrors on the wall and a rail for clothes (if you want it).

The house has an open, vibrant kitchen/living room that overlooks a bright conservatory and beautiful garden. There is also an upstairs bathroom and additional separate toilet downstairs.

We are well connected to transport; 5 minute walk to Nunhead National Rail and 10-12 minute walk to Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate overground stations. We are also a short walk away from Telegraph hill’s epic view point.

A little about us: we are three young female professionals working in marketing and casting. We all like music and good vibes, and like to maintain a great, amicable environment in the house.

Also worth noting that bills are not included in rent and come to roughly £150.00 a month, including council tax. Deposit is £970 and reference are required for the agency.
