We’re renting out a large ensuite room in a beautiful New Cross Gate townhouse, just a 7-minute walk from the station. The room comes furnished with a queen bed, desk space, wardrobe, side tables, and a collapsible cupboard. It also features four windows, high ceilings, tons of natural light, and even a decorative fireplace- it truly feels like your own little studio.

The ensuite bathroom has modern fittings, a private shower and toilet, and was refurbished just under a year ago. There’s plenty of storage, and enough space for a couch or a little lounge corner if you want one!

The house has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, so no one’s ever waiting. You’ll share a modern kitchen (two washing machines, dryer, espresso machine, tabletop dishwasher, microwave, water purifier, etc.) and a lovely garden.

You’ll be living with five other working professionals aged 27–29 (four singles + one couple). It’s a clean, considerate, and chilled space. We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, financially reliable, and happy to share a space harmoniously. LGBTQ+ friendly. Perfect for couples
