A Bright Lovely room New Cross Gate

A Bright double spare room located in a house, with garden is waiting for the right person to make it their home. We are located in a residential area in New Cross Gate, and are looking for a responsible person for our spare room.

The bathroom and kitchen is shared and you will have access to the garden. Bills are included.

We are locals having lived in the area for for a few generations and beyond.. We are not religious, we have no specific dietry requirements. We particularly encourage applicants who are looking for long term accomodation and live local to the area or close by, have good knowledge about these sides of london and want to stay in the area.

For travel, its an excellent location being just one train stop from London Bridge.
It is 10 min walking distance to New Cross Gate Station and the Bus garage. And walking distance to Goldsmiths university. The area has many amenities and close to shops and supermarkets, with some night life thrown in.

Please note. I can consider short term, but the price will be higher as bedding and towels would then be provided and regularly laundered.
